One week post op
I've had my one week post op appointment this morning. I can now shower but make sure I put more tape over my incisions. I'm infection free. My implants are still high so I'm having to wear my binder with my bra for another week. I've still swelling between the boobs and above my ribs. I can't see any bruising. My back's killing me today. I didn't sleep good last night as I had terrible tingling in my boobs. I asked about my swollen stomach and was told it could take another week to go down.
Apart from that I love my boobies.
I want to say thank you for all of your support and a special thank you to dizzydi66 (aka Dianne), my boobie day buddy for texting each day xx

Awww how wonderful that you had a 'boobie buddy' to help you through your day - Well done Dizzy
hlt6 - Seems you're one of the ones who is just taking that bit longer to heal. I was the same sweetheart, it took 10 weeks for my boobs to settle but I'm sure you're well aware by now the 'patience' is such an important part of your recovery.
You'll get there sweetie, you're looking good already so when you do properly settle, just imagine the gorgeous look you're going to get from your result.
Glad the post-op check went well hun. xx

hi hlt - glad you love the boobies!
the back-ache can be hard work I agree - dont overdo it too much - hot water bottle there and a medicinal glass of wine may be a good rememdy?
