What bra size will a 250 cc implant take me to?

Hy every 1,

I am currently a 32 a and am due to get a BA done through the NHS within 19 weeks time, does anybody know how many cc's= 1 cup size & how many cup sizes there are in a 250cc implant as this is the size that I have been told would suit me?

Hi there well for you to compare, I was about a 32 A before my op and got 325cc unders, I'm now wearing a 34C sports bra but it is very tight and when I took it off this morning I had alot of lines on my boobs so should maby be getting myself a 34 D. I was told I would get a C cup with 325cc so once my swelling has gone down hopefully I'll be left with my C! Lol x

N Misty it does sound like your more a D then a C, with ur bra been a bit tight lol, if u had 325 cc and 100-150cc = 1 cup size, then that would take u to a D :). I'm hoping for a B or a C max! What do you think, I'll achieve with the 250cc's? X

I reckon you'll prob end up with a small to a full C? Do you know if youre getting unders or overs? X

Hun have no idea, it depends on a lot of factors. Like how big is you breasts width diameter, how big are you around your ribcage. How much breast tissue you have, do you have any skin sagging. Are you going under or over the muscle. What profile are you having, what type of implants are you having (round/ anatomical) are you having saline or silicone (saline have more projection). You can try and make some rice sizers (30cc = 1ounce) so measure about 8.3 ounces of uncooked rice out into a kitchen scale, put them into a pantyhose, tie a knot into it, not too tight, just tight enough to allow manipulation of the rice inside into a round dome shape. Then put one a tight sportsbra and a very tight shirt (if your having unders) this would give you and idea of what you'll look like after. Measure yourself with a tape measure and see how many inches you've gone up from before ( every inch up is a cup size more or less).

If your having overs, don't use the tight top as well. Thats about the best advice I can give.

Hy Mistyhoney, thanku, I'm having unders. And Stircrazy I havnt been told what profile Im having, but i do know that they will be round sillicone implants, I have no saggy skin n a small rib cage I'd say, I'm very petite size 6-8 on top and little breast tissue. What do you think, going by my stats? x

By your stats and size of implant im guessing you could end up with a C cup.. i wouldnt imagine you any smaller seeing as you're very petite.

Hi Chrissy - have you had your BA yet? I was looking thru old posts n spotted this. u sound same stats as me (small ribcage size 4/6/8 lol 32A pre BA)

I am now 2 weeks post BA and am in a B sports bra at mo to squash them into shape etc but think im gona be C in the long run. I got measured other day n she said I was B but she thinks ill fit C better cos I LOOK bigger than B.

I was booked in for the 8th april at 7am, but when I went into the theartre to be put to sleep the surgeon began drawing on me and refused to do the op due to a spot on my shoulder which was very dissapointing :( So I am now re-sceduelled for 31st may to have my BA and am looking 4ward to it, not nervous in the slightest, it cant come quick enough lol Im getting 275 cc in one & 255cc in the other. Im presuming that it will take me to a 32C, but as Im getting this done on the nhs (the surgeon cannot guarrantee me a size)

Yes I am the same stats as you.

What was the pain like for you after waking up after your general anesthetic? xx

wow we are similar!! I too hard spots on my back and had to clear then first, luckily spotted way before surgery phew! AND i was NHS hence no real clue as to size i have got now lol.

I felt very good after surgery except for throwing up for hours cos nurses were too busy and didnt give me antisickness drug for 5 hrs after BA! If i hadnt have had that then i would have been fine and home by 6pm (i went in 8am and got home 9pm same day) but cos nurses were busy everything was delayed discharging me. I didnt have drains or any problems at all BA wise, other than the usualy things u will see on here, swelling, back pain, sleeping comfortabley etc.

where are you having it done? I was at Preston Royal and surgeon was sposed to be Mr Dalal but for some reason a guy called Mr Haroon Shah did it, he was FAB! Showed care and pride in his work. My story (tho very long) is on here if u wona read (get a brew n comfy first lol) and giza shout if u wona see picture trail - keep posting and u will soon be active but i dont mind sharing with you anyway. x
