Back to the gym? Empty Back to the gym?

Post by *Alice* 14th April 2012, 9:16 am

I cancelled my membership in Jan because I was saving money like a crazy lady to get my BA as soon as possible so now I'm dying to get back... Especially as its shorts weather soon!

How long is it recommended to wait until I go back after my BA? Or is this a question only my surgeon can answer?

I obviously wouldn't try and over do it, e.g weights, running or anything else high impact on my new boobs. I was planning things like a steady bike, training legs... And picking up things as I go along.

I'm having overs too, so I don't know if that's anything to take into consideration. X
