Hi there. I'm new to this fab site! I have had two consultations but haven't felt confident with the surgeons, I am seeing Mrs C Kat in Solihull in April, she comes highly recommended and her reviews seem great.

I have 36 EE bra but my boobs are so sagging due to breastfeeding and having my two babies it repluses me, now I'm done having babies I want my boobs back! Has anyone had a breast uplift and impants and started at the same size as me? or has anyone used/heard of Mrs Kat? I am 5ft 7 and will be able to carry big boobs off and want my monies worth so was thinking 36 FF but will wait for my consultation with Mrs Kat and see what she recommends.

Having large (but mega sagging) breasts to start with would overs or unders be better? There's so much to consider, if anyone has any pics would you be happy to share with me or any advice would be very much appreciated!!
