Nervous about having bath !
It has been over 2 weeks since I had my ba, and my ps said it is now ok to have a bath and get boobies wet, but for some reason I am feeling really nervous about it  . I've been having shallow baths and using wet wipes under my arms etc.. but I haven't had a proper bath yet.
Just wondering how long other post ba girls waited before getting boobies wet. And did the steri strips come off after your first bath or do they stay on for a bit ?
Not sure why I'm stressing about it , I'm dying to have a nice long soak !
Any advice would be great.
thanks girls.

Hiya at my 7 day check, the nurse gave me a pack of steri strips and said it was fine to have a bath/shower. She said make sure i completely dry my scars afterwards (like with a hairdryer) and put on fresh steri strips xx

Re: Nervous about having bath !
I loved having a bath after my op, it felt weird to see my new boobs poking out of the water! As long as you've been given the go-ahead byt he surgeon/nurse you'll be fine!
