Anyone post op and still got high boobs??

My right boob is slightly higher than the left but they e definately dropped.

My ps said it was because I had no breast tissue to start with and understand that.

Just wanted to see if anyone is similar. I tool a photo of me in a boob tube (which used to slide off before!) and my right boob was near my armpit!

I'm seeing my ps soon and I understand that no two breasts can be alike
