hi been reading a few comments and u mention dropping and fluffing. Please excuse my ignorance but can anyone tell me what this means please. Feel a bit stupid!

It's just when the implant gives way to gravity and the silicone/ saline moves downward rather then being so upper pole and gives u a more natural look u may also increase a few cup sizes takes up to a year to be fully dropped and fluffed Xx
