maby a silly question but what are these mainly used for after your BA? is it really just for helping prop you up? just asking because i was speaking to my SIL today about it all and she has a breast feeding pillow which is more round and is sooo comfy having it around my neck for when im having to sleep upright, i thought i could then just use my normal pillows for back support?

I have 2 very large square pillows which im using instead of a V pillow, even with a V pillow i think you need to put a cushion in the gap..

I still use mine and im 8 weeks PO, it helped for propping up at first then when I could lay on my side I curled it round me so I didnt roll over, now I can lay on my tummy I put it on top of my 2 usual pillows and pull it forward so my boobies arent flat to the bed with no pressure on them. Im addicted to it and gona have to wean myself off it at sometime as my partner says he cant find me in bed lol X

I used mine like manda did and it was an absolute godsend, I wouldn't have been without it. I carried on using it for months after, it was so comfy. xx

Same as above for me. Propped up at first, now I'm at the stage of being able to use it to help me sleep on my side. I kind of have one boob against the bed, part of the pillow between my boobs, and then the other boob on top - kind of makes them feel a bit more supported while I'm just getting used side-sleep again - I can support my boobs and my head and be more comfy while I sleep!
