smoking: when did u have your last one?
hi,
i have cut down on the smoking a fair bit. have my ba on sunday was just wondering those of you that didnt stop smoking before your ba, when did u have your last one's???

A year and half
And, yes, patches are not ideal but miles better than fags if you just can't manage to quit..

Hi my BA is booked for this sunday too!!
I am a smoker although I have actually managed to give up last Saturday :)
I am wearing patches but don't intend to wear one on Sunday.

Hi I gave up smoking 5 weeks ago today, my BA isn't until April. I'm doing it with patches and so far so good. Told myself its was either fags or boobs and the incentive seemed to work. ood luck to all trying to stop, you can do it!!!!
