i had em done 6 days ago but they dont seem like there high up they seem more droopy and squashed i hope this changes as i was hoping for the fake look x

Mine were an alright shape from the start, but I definitely think shape always improves over time, and loads of boobs just take time to 'round out' and take the shape of the implant. I'm sure it will happen for you soon enough cos you had quite big implants.

I remember a girl had the same size as me (615cc) when I had mine done, an she was really worried about how they looked low and even a bit droopy, or that they'd drop further, but they look quite round now and totally different. Just wait xx

i had extra high profile and i am happy with mine. but they look very natural and this is the look i have asked my surgeon for xx

High profile and extra high profile is different then i guess ... ? Well mine look to natural allreddy ;( i wanted more fake look too . Hope there are good brahs that give me the fake look at least ....
