Get lots of rest/early nights, drinks lots of water and take paracetemol. Lots of healthy food too as the girls have said.

I'm trying not spook you but if you are running a temperature on the day of the op they may recommend delay as it could interfere with GA. I was feeling off colour on the day of mine (mainly with the cold) but as my temp was ok, it was fine. Will keep my fingers crossed and good luck this week, exciting !

Hey hun,

try desolveable vit c tablets, they really do help when your run down and get into your system quickly. Getting stressed can give you the run down flu symptoms to so I know it's easier said than down but try to chill, relax and get lot's of rest.

I hope you feel much better soon and it all goes ahead as planned.

Good luck xx
