Ummm is this like a popping sensation??? Its an odd feeling and I had this, for some reason its started again recently (I liken it to popping bubble wrap but it the chest), I believe that it is just the implant settling into the pocket.
If your worried then call your clinic hun.

It sounds normal hun, it takes time for the implants to settle into their pockets and in the weeks/months it can take for them to heal they do all sorts of weird feelings and sounds.

I squelched for the first week and they settled after that. After a couple of weeks you'll be surprised by the range of motion you get. I'm now 3 weeks and can get most tops etc on without any probs, just a bit tricky with back zip up tops at the moment x
