Post by lola_blsk 18th July 2011, 12:48 pm

Hey girlies!

So I'm 4 months post op and I'm having seperation issues with my v pillow and sports bra at night.... Is anyone else?

I feel more comfy sleeping in my sports bra (not all the time) and I just cannot give my v pillow to my pregnant sister(I had to buy her a new one as I don't wanna give mine up)

Haha!!!!

Is anyone else like this? Or were u all glad to see the back of them??xxx

Ha ha. I have slept on a v-pillow since pregnant with my first child, five years ago. They are soooo comfy. I an only 6 days post op and took my bra off briefly earlier - it felt weird! Cannot imagine not sleeping in it! X

i wore my sports bra for 6months after my op!!!! and i'd even wear my sports bra and a normal bra on top, i think i slept in my sports bra for about 18months after. my V cushion i've never given up, and my op was 5 years ago, i need a new one for this op because its got so skanky and stained haha V Pillow & Sports Bra-Seperation Issues! 557141 i've just quit the gym so have started exercising at home and have got really attached to my sports bra again, i've got it on now and have no intention of exercising! i think it's because my boobs hurt when they wobble because of my CC and it feels nice to have them stuck still to my body V Pillow & Sports Bra-Seperation Issues! 267328

Thanks dolly :-) I don't feel as much of an addict now Hysterical

I love how I feel when I'm supported but my. Boobs do feel heavy without a bra. Sometimes its nice- but at night I just feel more supportted.

Plus my ps told me it will help avoid natural sagging that's caused my age :-) so I'm all up for avoiding that as long as poss hehehe xxxx

I absolutely love my V pillow - i snuggle up to it and it makes me feel more 'secure' in bed (if that makes sense). It also seperate me from my OH so he doesnt shimmy on over to my side of the bed. haha.
I am the same as you Lola - think ill be wearing my sports bra in bed for a very long time after the 6 weeks is up because i too am afraid of sagging. There cant be any harm in it. x

Ah great I'm so not alone here :-) haha!

Charbie your boobs look amazing chick!!! Loving that bra!

Well my nurse and surgeon told me it won't do any harm and will keep me more 'upright' but I just genuinly feel more comfy and secure with it on! Unfortunatly my dog also loves my v pillow and he tries to curl right up into the v! So its a bit of a fight at bedtime to see who can get in it first Hysterical
Team bra and v pillow! Haha. Xxx

My V pillow allows me to actually sleep on my front!!!! Heaven.... I will not give it up even when my friend called me an 'Old women' for having it. As for the bra, I have paid money to have my boobs pumped up and I will be wearing my sports bra religiously as I don't want them going south however there is a time and a place where I will go without.........!!!! When alone, I'll keep both ha ha ha

SO your not alone hun.

I still wear the corset-bandage i wore when i came out of the op! But only at night... It holds them together so nicely.. And im so worried of armpit boob so with the bandage holds them nicely on front so they dont slip round and end up on my back!!! Hysterical
