Yeah, you're just fine hun, don't worry.

The peeling is just due to your skin settling after the swelling, just using your rgular moisturiser should sort that out sweetie.

The hypersensitivity..... owwweeeeeee yup, had that too! I just used the round make-up pads and slipped those in my bra covering the nipple, the softness of the cotton wool really helped cushion my nipples and they weren't so sore, other women prefer to use breast pads they do the same job lovely. xx

Awww thank u, how long until this passes??? Glad the feeling is returning to my left nipple though. Glad this is normal did start to wonder if peeling was part of the healing but thought i'd double check.
Thank u for the cotton pad tip, I will be using this.

The sensitivity I'm sorry to say can last a week, a month, a few months! nerves can be little horrors LOL. Although I know it's unpleasant it's not that bad a thing to have to deal with for our gorgeous boobs. Mine came and wents over a year! it's all settled now though and all is working just fine. xx

Hi Little Jen, I had the super sensitivity and I think it lasted for about a couple of weeks and then it calmed down a bit and then just stopped, just hoping it doesn't come back as it was very uncomfortable and I didn't find anything helped it

love your avatar pics - I must put one up soon x

I had hypersensitive nipples and peely/flaky skin all over - my surgeon said that the skin flakes as the nerves repairs themselves and that bio-oil can help. I found that parts of my boobs were most sensitive in the days/weeks before sensation returned - it even happened on my left side under my armpits, numb, then painfully sensitive, then finally normal peeling skin???? normal?? 184153 .

I had really bad flaky skin and I used an exfoliating glove very gently before moisturising which helped loads. But as soon as the dry skin phase passed, I got a really greasy spotty cleavage which has only just cleared up!
I'm 2 months post op now and my nipples are still hypersensitive, but they're slowly getting back to normal. For a while I had hypersensitive nipples and numb areolas at the same time, which felt very weird! Xx

I have to try the bio-oil.So many of you ladies have said it works well.I've been on the Aquaphore Healing Ointment and it works well but it doesn't absorb enough and it feels sticky when you put your sports bra on after applying it.

Will the bio-oil absorb in well?
