Surgery markings... Empty Surgery markings...

Post by InstprSmith 17th April 2011, 1:32 am

Hello Ladies!
Alright, I know this is something I should have asked my PS, but I forgot! (i'm going to call Monday, but figured if anyone here as had the same thing, it would put my mind at ease!)
So you know the markings that the PS puts on you just before surgery? I had a donut lift, so I had blue ink around my nipples, and it looks as though I was sewn up with the ink still in place... I was wondering if anyone else has had this experience? I am a tad worried that the incisions are going to heal with that ink still on them, and it will look as if my nips have a blue tattoo outline! wtf
I still have the steristrips on so there's no water getting to the incisions when I bathe...
Anyone out there have a blue nip outline? :pale:

yep and a lot of other places all over my breasts.lol.. it took a long time for the ink to be completly gone, I even tried rubbing alcohol and didn't work... I believe blue is the worst one to get off and that's the one they use so that it doesn't come off in the shower the morning of. But dont worry it wont go into your incisions :)
