nipples dont get hard

My areolas were reduced in size/aka donut lift and now my nipples dont get hard. It has been 3 1/2 weeks since surgery. I do feel sensation with i touch them but they dont get hard. Is this normal after surgery and does it take a while to get better?

All perfectly normal xx I had one very active nipple and one flat one for about 9 months, made me look very odd when it was a bit chilly haha xx

The nipple did start to react eventually though xx I would say that it's a good sign that you have sensation and that your nipples will start reacting in time xx Any concerns it's worth raising with your PS when you see them xx

It can take a bit of time that's all hun xx

Yup! perfectly normal sweetness, I had one that went hard and the oter stayed soft for 11 months! So I desperately feared getting cold for fear of pointing on just one size! haha it was a nightmare! LOL

Don't worry sweetness, it just takes time for the nerves to repair themselves, somtimes up to a year, but just give them time sweetness. xx
