Re: quick question
I'm not sure hunnie but someone will be along soon that can answer your question. I can honestly say I've never heard of it though. x

Re: quick question
I was told to carry on taking mine, but I've heard girls told to stop it, it's because it very slightly increases the chance of you getting a blood clot or DVT during/after surgery. x

Re: quick question
This is recommended by THG too hunnie and is, like mrsm said, due to an increased risk of an aneurism or deep vein thrombosis during and immediately after a GA.
Would this be a problem for you??

Re: quick question
Mrsm is right.
Some surgeons advise to stop, others don't mind. Best to follow what your surgeon has advised. I know I did anything to ensure there were no complications, so I'm sure if he's asked you to stop it's for the best.

Contact your clinic, but there's not really much that can be done anyway as the injection can stay in your system for months (I have the injection too!)
Re: quick question

Re: quick question
I'm of dianette which increases the chance of blood clots even more than normal pills, it was origionally for my skin when i was about 14 but stayed on it after i got a boyfriend because it is the only one that works for me! My PS never said anything about not taking it xxx

Really? I didn't get anything with that on it, all I got from my consultation was my personal quotation form, and I have just read through and found nothing about it on there. Maybe I will call 2moz 2 check.
