Hello Jane
I have done a few of these - never created the problem myself but dealt with it - It is a difficult problem which can be dealt with in a number of ways but depends upon the breast , body fat, skin quality and also the extent of the problem. Most ladies with this problem are fine in a bra, but when they remove it the weight of the breast pulls down and exacerbates the problem. I would be happy to see you for an opinion and give you an idea of what surgery can and cant achieve for this problem...JP
