Hi Ya,

Just a quick question but does anyone know how to remove that **naughty word** pen mark - tried baby wipes and it wouldnt budge - also how often should be changing my sports bra?

I think they removed mine while i was asleep cos i woke up and mine was gone, i think alcohol wipes should remove them, i washed my sports bra once a week hun x

The pen marks are a nightmare arent they, i was covered! I just used a flannel with a bit of soap & just kind of rubbed, not near my scars obviously. dont use a really wet flannel tho, just so its a bit damp. I couldnt get it all off but theyll just go over the next week anyway. I cant really remember about the sports bra, im sure i kept it on night & day for a few days then hand washed & dried it then it was straight back on. I was too scared to take mine off! Rolling Eyes

I think my PS removed most of mine... have you tried nail varnish remover? Sounds strange but it might work

And I rotated between four sports bras a week. I changed them every other day and made sure I always had one ready for the next day.

I think i used a baby wipe on mine & washed my sports bra once a week. I didnt like to take it off at all at the beginning lol x
