Am currently 32c (not full c though), size 8 and 5ft 7 and want more fullness in the upper pole of my breasts. Am considering either moderate plus profile 300 cc sub glandular or high profile ... does anyone have any advice?! Thanks so much.

It depends upon the measurement of your breast but if your quite slim is likely to be high profile. What has your surgeon suggested??

It depends on your chest width and measurements hun, it also depends on what look you want for your end result.... I am a size 8 and I got moderate profile, have another chat to your surgeon and get his opinion again (say you are feeling unsure and would like his direction)

Can I ask, why prob high profile if you're slim/size8 - will the implants simply look more 'out there' or is it something else? Decisions, do you mind saying what size you are now with moderate profiles?

It depends on your chest measurements hun, if you have a narrow chest then it is best to get high profile so they do not touch in the middle... that also goes for girls that have a broad chest,if they get high profile then you will get the posh spice and tori spelling look (too much gap in between the implants) if you take a look at this site it has the different projections, they are all the same cc but have a different diameter....

No worries Carrie, I have not been measured properly just yet (i am only 5 weeks pot op) but I will most likely be a full C cup with the 300cc mod profile implants i have (once you are no longer a new member I can show you my pics so you can get a better idea) xx

That's a great link, thanks Decisions. And thanks too for your offer to see your pics - I'd love to get in touch when I'm no longer a newbie - hope it's before my BA 7th Jan! My PS has suggested high profile, but I'm gonna try moderate when I see him again on Fri ...xx
