I'm 3 months po now and the only bit thats numb is under my nipples. Sensation loss is different for everyone, some people lose it and it can take a year to come back and some never have a problem x

Im about 7.5 weeks po (wow cant believe that) and a section from my nipple down to my scars about 1.5" across is still numb but I do have more sensation in my actual nipples now than I did at first.
To be honest if it never comes back I wont stress but would be nice if it did as sometimes my boobs feel dead cold -wierd!

I'm very similar to annefinackapan. I have a small patch on each boob that is numb. Probably smaller than my thumb, from just under the nipple to the scar.

I only notice it when I'm looking out for it.

My nipnips got feeling back quite quickly. As you can see from my ticker I'm about 6 months PO now, and I'm still numb under my boobs. Only about the size of my thimb too. I don't mind it though, a small price to pay for big boobies!
