A successful claim Empty A successful claim

Hi ladies

Thought id share a suscessful claim story :)

After my original claim against Harley medical group was dropped due to HMG going into administation (wankers- if i can say that) I decided to put in a claim under section (under sec 75 usually used for credit card claims) against the finance company harley medical used in 2010.

I found the template letter on the martin Lewis website and sent it off.

As I had no confirmed rupture or leak , the pretty much told me to come back when something significant happened.(nice)

A few weeks later I unfortunalty had a confirmed rupture , so I sent all my hospital records and HM records, along with a strongly worded letter , describing my plight and pain.

After a letter requesting more information regarding my initial deposit , I recieved a check yesterday for all the money I have paid up to date (£4038) and the cancellation of my finance agreement (13 months left)

I am now ready to book my R&R after a horribly long battle

But it can happen

I am more than happy to help any ladies needing it.

Thanks for reading :)

That's great news.  This is one of those occasions I wish I had paid by finance.
