OW - Not feeling to good today

Hi everyone - maybe it serves me right for thinking how good I was doing yesterday !!! Today am really sore OW - Not feeling to good today 856466

- nowhere near as bad as my first BA but pain is all around incision area really bad - not helping that band of my bra is right on top of it have tried padding our with thick cotton wool and am even taking the codeine tablets but not much helping..... Really want to cry is so uncomfortable just want to take bra off to ease pressure on my incisions.......sorry for the moan . OW - Not feeling to good today 856466

Just posted on your other thread Kate. Bet I will be the same tomorrow for me! Just try and keep in your mind that the discomfort won't last too long.

Ahh, the day after is always the worst, I think they pump us full of drugs so that we can bear the journey home!

It wont last long, just rest up and I'm sure you'll feel better in a few days.

Awwww hun sorry your feeling like this, the first few days can be the most uncomfortable but with each day, you will feel heaps better.Just rest up and the feeling will soon pass.You have your fab boobies thou hun and it's definately is worth it!

Awww Kate, the first few days dealing with the intial swelling is always the worst isn't it hun Hug

Make sure you get lots of rest sweetheart, I know with you having little ones around you that that's going to be difficult, but the more rest you get early post op, the quicker you'll be up and about gorgeous. xxxx

I thought the day after was the worst too!(although you're doing much better than i did...no way could i of managed to be online only the day after my OP)don't be too hard on yourself hunnie..you're doing great..you just gotta take good care and rest up for the next few days. before you know it you'll be out and about showing the "twins" off! Ah thank you all sooooo much - spoke to MYA before cos it was that bad with the band of the bra pressing on incisions but they just said to carry on with the pain meds and it will ease in couple of days and not to take bra off ......anyway have taken 2 more codeine and my antibiotic and have perked up a bit now. Let's hope I feel a bit better tomorrow - one day at a time. Reading your words of encouragement has helped as realise doesn't last forever xxxxxx

Hope your feeling better today Kate, the bra is a bit of a pain, I remember I couldn't take mine off for a whole week as I was so poorly, it does ease up thou day by day.Lots of rest now sweetie Hug

aww hope you're feeling better today hunni, and keep taking the meds as a course for the first few days so to not let that pain get too bad.
