Overs versus partial unders Empty Overs versus partial unders

Hi again girls :-)
Because I have neen given the option of either partial unders or overs I need some advice on the two types of placement.
I want to have a volume in the upper pole of the breast as I have lost weight and this skin is now empty. I want to have a globe look even when my bra is not on, I do have existing breast tissue and am currently a 32c/d. Initally I wanted overs but now I am thinking of unders thanks to the advice of the girls on my other thread about this.

Looking at the pictures below can you let me know what placement you think the ladies have had?

Thanks
G

Overs versus partial unders Empty Re: Overs versus partial unders

Hmmm, this is a tricky one.

I had overs and mine look very natural, but I can make them look fake with the right bra.

My friend had unders and hers look very round and obvious (i.e the fake look) but, she is very, very petite and had no breast tissue to start with.

I think the best thing to do is to bring those pictures to your consultation and say, "That is the look I want, how do I get it?" then they can advise you re placement.

Hope this helps,

Marie

I too had the option of unders or overs and I opted for overs..

My PS prefers a 'natural' look and would had preferred for me to have had unders, but I like the upper fullness and we both agreed that overs would achieve that for me with MHPs..

I would listen to your own PS though, what might work for one, won't necessarily work for another, we're all unique in how we're built and the best persons advice to go on would be that of your PS. xx

I agree with cookie. Take the pictures with you and ask him for that look. He will be the best person to judge which placement will work. I dont know what placement pammy and jordan have if I had to guess I'd say overs.

Yes I'd say they have overs. You are going for a good size implant and as you have some breast tissue already you may get the look you're going for with over if your boobs are naturally quite pert or you're having an uplift.

Like the others have said tho your ps is the person to advise you. xx

Thanks Sally. My boobs arent naturally pert and I am not having an uplift so I think my PS has advised partial unders because of the look I want and because the skin at the top of my boobs are empty due to weight loss.
