Re: What is 'Fluffing'?
I have not had it (thankfully as very happy with my size)
I have read it is when the muscles relaxed totally a few weeks/months after the op and allow a little and gives more plumpness I think! also i think the boobs come softer to touch where the muscles relax... mine are nice and soft and bouncy anyway,, I know Jemmy had a visit from the fluffing fairy a few weeks back, so I am sure she will help advise!!

Re: What is 'Fluffing'?
Ah I see thanks!
Oh yeah I was going to message you Katie and ask about the 'softness' issue of implants actually.- Well I am a week post op and they are hard as rocks, really achey and haven't moved position since the day they were done. (Had a lift too and surgeon said that he would put them really high to 'over correct' initially and that with time they would drop) The swelling has started to subside and I have gone down in size- I think I will end up the same cupsize as you in the end. But its only been a week so is that normal for a week post op anyway? What is the normal timescale before they don't feel really tight and hard anymore? Did you have unders too? I wasn't expecting them to miraculously settle within a week but can you tell me what a realistic time frame is? I had Nagors like you remember? ;-)

Re: What is 'Fluffing'?
mine we really tight and high and swollen (I felt like a porn star that first week!)
about 8 days they start to come softer and down a bit, my left one dropped much earlier and I was lop sided for a week, and every day they are different by about 3-4 weeks they come softer and bouncier.. I went to town with a friend in a support (not my sb) bra and they were bouncing along very nicely back then.
I am now 6 weeks this wednesday and they really do feel warm to touch and part of me now, they still get better and more natural every day.. you will go through a lot of changes, be careful with the scars, I will admit now on here when my strips came off I put savlon on my scars only.......... and I moisturised my boobs with bio oil and origins mushroom cream,, but only the boobs as I noticed tiny little stretch marks on them.. but I kept it well away from the scars..
you will notice changes regularly from week 1 to week 3 really daily changes, itching, sore wild nipples, aches, throbs, etc., and they prob feel bit cold to touch..
6 weeks they feel very normal (for me anyway) and the shape of mine is so natural I am thrilled, I had the porn star look for a week and it doesn't suit me!!!!!!!
I told no one either and as yet nobody has noticed a thing!
I have just started to buy some soft bras now to wear under clothes when we go out, but at work and at home at night I am religiously wearing the sb's..
wait till your scars start itching... its a nightmare! xx
and wrong time of the month is a killer I thought mine were going to pop! but this time round been normal, no probs at all
