I am 2 weeks post ba and i have just felt my ribs and at the top they feel tender, is this normal? I dont have any bruising there at all. I did have a bigger implant on my left so would that be why maybe?

Also as well when do your boobs stop being tender?

I am such a worrier this is why i love this forum because a lot of you seem to be in the same boat!!xx

I had sore ribs for a few weeks. Not sure about tender boobs, I couldn't feel mine for ages.

They are numb but tender in parts, i hope this goes soon!!

I had very tender sore ribs, not straight away, a week or 2 post op. My boobs are also really tender. It's funny coz I have more feeling in them now, even though it's my second ba????? I'm not complaining though sore ribs Icon_smile

lol I know what you mean. They will improve day by day I found that a 4 weeks, 6 weeks and 3 months I noticed so many changes.

I am very very happy with my new boobs. I finally have the perfect boobs I'd always dreamed of.

Thanks guys, i will sleep tonight now knowing this is normal!! Isnt it amazing that we've got new boobs. Even though i am only 2 weeks post i absolutely lurve 'em - woo hoo!!xx

I had sore ribs, they felt really bruised but there was no physical evidence of this. It took a few weeks to dissapear.

i had real sore ribs hun felt like someone had sat on me and squashed my rib cage. all normal hun xxx

yeah i keep waiting for the bruises to appear and then you worry you've got internal bleeding - i know totally irrational!!

Aw it's not uncommon for you to worry like you are hunni that's why we're here to put your mind at rest, sore ribs is another common complaint post BA, you'll be fine, it's very unlikely you would bleed internally 2 weeks post op, this would happen usually within the first 24 hours so try and rest assured that it's normal to feel sore ribs still and if you're able to take them have some paracetomol to ease the aching and help you get a good sleep, happy healing chick x x

Its completely normal hun, i only had 250s and my ribs were sore too, They may feel a bit tender as your getting some feelin back so dont panic its all normal.
