hiya im 2 weeks post ba and right handed so does this mean my left one will settle first?thanks

Hmmm, I don't think it always happens like this. I've heard that the muscle on your dominant side may be tighter than the other side, and so 'hold on' to the implant a bit tighter. But..I'm right handed and righty has dropped, whereas lefty is still catching up! Personally I feel this is because I do much more with my right hand/arm, but who knows??!

I don't think it's something you can really predict, unfortunately xxx

I was the same as you, and agree with your thoughts, some people do have them drop together too. :dunno:

I dont think this theory is very accurate, my right one took longer to heal and hurt more but i'm a lefty. My ps said the right one was smaller pre op so took more work getting the implant in, that seems to make more sense x

It also depends if you had under or overs. Overs won't be affected as much as the muscle isn't touched.

I'm left handed but my right breast was bigger pre op. I didn't notice any difference in the healing tho either with unders or overs.
