Capsulectomy can any1 share long term results

The only person I know who had this was cookie but I haven't seen cookie on here for ages. I am looking for advice on how the results are after a capsulectomy

I had a capsulectomy about 8 weeks ago and that Boob is super squishy vs the other one. I also think the implant sits about 1.5cm too low but I don't know if this is the result of capsulectomy or whether it was the surgeons placement. It looks and feels okay though, I don't know if it'll harden slightly long term. Do you have smooth or textured implants? X

I have textured but these are my second implants. The first were budget cuis and I had cc and my ps replaced with better implants that suited my needs. The capsule was scored so just carried on wrapping the new implants on the right side. My left is lovely and soft still. The right is heavy firm and lumpy. When I raise my arms it goes into my arm pit almost. It's at least 2 inches higher than my left now and in bra's the one looks nice the other is either very much higher or the full cups now dig in as they are empty lower pole and too tight upper pole. I feel gutted to be honest and feel like it was a quick fix last time. This time I am hoping it is covered under my aftercare as my last revision was for waterfall effect and this is for capsule contracture. I keep trying to push it back down sob
