Helps to get the day right....
Hi ladies. So I called yesterday for the admission time for my pocket revision.... To find it was today and not tomorrow. I came in at 7 and was first on the list. I'm been in and out and am now back in my room all done. Pain is at about a four but it's just the scar lines that are hurting. More distressingly I am absolutely bursting for a wee but they won't let me get out of bed because I'm still really drowsy. They tried to give me a bed pan but I couldnt do it! Apparently I'm allowed out of bed at 12.15
I can see that the bottomed out boob is much higher now which is good but I'm freaking out that the one that was too high now may he too low lol. I'm sure the surgeon knows what he's doing tho lol.
Roll on my wee time and then I can get some more kid free sleep!

Re: Helps to get the day right....
I was just about to write a good luck message for tomorrow but congratulations on getting through this. I'm sure they will look all sorts of odd for now but hopefully in time you will get the boobs you should have had the first time around. I'm glad you have managed to get it sorted and I hope you have a smooth recovery.

I know what you mean. I really hope mine will be settled enough to go on holiday and wear a bikini later in the summer. Since mine are brand new I will need to be very careful with the sun but I want them too look good. You will probably recover quicker than me though since you have already done it once.

Ahhh I bet they will be. I cannot recommend boux avenue enough for bras and swimwear. You are the same bra size and weight I was to begin with I've just noticed. What size were you hoping to achieve after? xx

Re: Helps to get the day right....
In my mind I was thinking something like a 32DD or E but I was never too fussed. I liked the idea of still being able to buy bras from the normal section but other than that I'm not particularly bothered what the letter in my bra says. I suspect I might end up measuring bigger than that though as I am currently in a 34E sports bra which fits but is tight. In terms of how they look I am very happy with the size at the moment though so I guess it's all good. Now I'm just waiting for them to be shaped like boobs and I'll be happy with them.

I was the same and expected to be wearing a dd ish bra. In terms of looks I definitely don't think I look a FF/G. Once your shape settles down I'm sure they'll look amazing!

Re: Helps to get the day right....
So I've just seen the surgeon. He started with good news bad news so I was on edge. He said the one that was up too high had very bad capsular contracture and he's sent some of the scar tissue off for biopsy to see how bad it was. He's pulled the other one higher and dropped that one lower and he said they look 98% better and much more symmetrical than they did. He's put a binder on me for now but told me to take it off tonight and not wear it after that as we don't really want them pushed down. I did suspect something hadn't gone straight forward because I was in theatre over 2 hours.
