Dropped and fluffed?
i had my two week check with the nurse on Thursday and mentioned that my left boob looks much wider and is sitting lower than my right. She said that my left has already dropped and fluffed and my right will widen when it does so. Can you d&f this early on? My right was the smaller boob and has a bigger implant in it so I expected it to take a bit longer.

Re: Dropped and fluffed?
Hey hun, I'm honestly not sure, I guess so though, but I didn't want to read and run!
Makes sense that the smaller pre op boob would take longer to drop, I'm finding mine are taking a while simply because iv never had a crease under the boob, it's Jst takin ages to make one!
Hopefully the Oracle will be along soon..lol

Re: Dropped and fluffed?
...me? Lol!
Yes, it is entirely possible to d+f this early. If you remember, the image we have to show the difference, the girl was only 5wks post op. The pain of it is you might be waiting months for the catch up on the other! If you're keeping a diary, keep taking pics for comparison. There'll still be a lot of changes for both boobs yet though, there's a lot of softening to come too.

Re: Dropped and fluffed?
I really wouldnt massage unless your surgeon alone tells you to. Not even the nurses at THG, sometimes theyre not the sharpest. If youve had a textured implant you need to let it adhere to the pocket. There is no need to massage unless they are still under your chin at 6months and youre worried. Americans tend to use smooth saline implants so its an entirely different scenario.

Re: Dropped and fluffed?
Yep i've been told to massage but I'm having smooth implants. My surgeon said girls with textured implants he wouldn't advise to massage.
