The swelling has made them like double in size already this evening, but I remember what they first looked like and was happy :)
About to have some dinner. Feeling pretty good - even put on some eyeliner and brushed my teeth! I think the local anaesthetic is still working so might have a bit of a shock tomorrow when it's worn off. Worst of the pain is my back from holding myself weirdly (not really aware I'm doing it!). So far, a good experience!

Sounds like youre doing great! Drink plenty of water, and get plenty of rest. And take the painkillers they give you!

Thanks! Good idea -I will definitely accept whatever they offer- Feel like it's a bit too easy compared to what I was expecting right now so anticipating the night being tricky!

You can brush your teeth, man that was hard for the first 3 days, u r does it to, take it steady, and agree with@Charlii, take the med's just incase the happy place we are off!

Feeling good today. Just have T-Rex arm abilities and a tight skin feeling with a few muscle aches here and there. Was expecting so much worse! The local anaesthetic would've worn off by now so hopefully this is how things stay! Very happy! Have started to write up my surgery diary so will be posting that later today :)
