Hi lovely ladies, so I went for first check up today took bands off and I just can't get used to my boobs! My nipples are too low is that normal? The surgeon seemed to think I had a great result and explained nipples are naturally in my position . The lovely nurse there who was there the day of surgery shown me her boobs to show how low hers sat ( she had breast augmentation two years ago) I think I just need get used to them. One still sits a lot higher too :-/. Will update more pics later just on my journey home from hospital so going to go and have a really good look at home now. I think I'm all cried out now so trying to stay positive but ther not the pretty boobs I was expecting. Xxx

Will on you now Hun, well I went to two consultation with surgeons that don't use the furry brazilians conical shape and they both said defo need lift and then went along to this one and told him I really wanted to avoid the lift he said I would get a good result with furry brazilians so I was made up ! I knew my boobs wernt going to be perfect sounds silly but I like them at some angles and they look better when lying down but some angels they look really bad :-/ xxx an nipples are too low but I suppose I have to accept that x

The thing is at the moment you are so very early PO!  And at the moment you are not seeing the end result. Perhaps call the surgeon and ask him at what point do you go back and say you feel unhappy with your result . Normally it's st the 6 month mark. You still have swelling and a lot of shape changing to come. Try not to focus on them right now, I know it's hard but you have to let them do the healing. Then if your still unhappy you can bring it up with him. Was it a BAAPS surgeon that you had ? And was it the BAAPS surgeons that recommended a lift? Xxxx

Messaged you back! So nice having the bands off they were really irritating me . Dr chakrabarty through aurora I think he's BAAPS yeh . He sort of looked at me as if he he was thinking you've got the best result I could give you! And said my nipples are in norm position when I told him my concerns on them. I'm seeing him again 2 weeks and then again 3months so have till then to decide if I'm seriously unhappy. Xxx

I think they are defiantly a lot bigger hun, and your nipples look normal. You still have a lot of change to happen as yet,  very early days. thanks for sharing x x

Thanks blondie, I think they look good for early days, give them a bit of time and they will keep changing, but me personally I think they honestly look good :-), but when your not happy it dosnt matter what anyone else says it's how u feel, keep positive lovely I'm sure you will change your mind xxx

Hello! Thanks for sharing, they suit you and look very natural, as the other girls have said they have a settling time Now. I HATED mine for first 1.5 months, so much so that I couldn't bring myself to upload a pic trail. They change so much over time x

Hey Blondie

How are you feeling now? It's a roller coaster of emotions isn't it. I knew right away I didn't get the best results I could have. But eventually I went to see another surgeon who was able to tell me exactly why I would never get my dream breasts but also that he could improve the results of the first op using conicals. I suspect I may need an uplift but I still have a few more consultations to go before I know for sure.

Thanks ladies I'm feeling abit better about them now I wish they were better but their mine lol and I don't what the surgeon could to make them better really! And I'm sure it would cost me awhile

Hey Hun Pls cud I have a peak it sounds very similar to how I'm feeling now the surgeon decided I didn't need an uplift in the end and jus did normal ba cus he thinks that when they fluff the shape will b better but at the mo they sound very similar to yours xxx
