Hi All, need a bit of help, i am having my BA on Wed 420cc inspira uhp, i have been offered partials or fully under now i am not sure what is best, do they sit differently? does one look more natural than other? i don't have enough breast tissue for overs.

Don't panic, they are a little different as with partials only the top of the implant is covered by the muscle. I'm sure some people with unders and partials will be along to help you. Each placement has their pros and cons, just have a good read up on these, that should help you make your mind up.

Hello Donna!!

What a pickle these decisions put us in!!!! I had fully under the muscle anatomical implants. The reason I decided on this with my P.S. was lack of breast tissue, and age I guess, in as much as I am a tad older than most ladies here!!

I also did not wish to be able to feel or see the implant and wanted the most natural result. Also, it is far easier for mammograms to show results and I am at that stage in life.

I do not know how they compare visually etc. to partials, however, I would think from what the other ladies say they have the best of both, I think I may well be the only one here with full unders, not too sure...but, if I had to do it again I would make the same choice even if I were younger, simply for health and safety reasons. For looking better, cleavage and squishy factor....I would love overs...but that is out for me...cant have it all. I am just thrilled to bits with my little babies Flash

Not sure if that helps any? I would be guided by your P.S. as to what will achieve the best outcome for You in the short and longterm with all considerations taken into account.

I wish you well, and I am sure if you have come this far you will be happier than you are now with your breasts. If you want a peek at pics. or have any questions....just ask!! Hug xx

Hi Mia,

Would you mind if I asked for a look at your piccies? I too am pre BA and don't have any idea what unders or overs look like Screwy .

I have a consultation on the 28th so hopefully will get a chance to see the implants and ask my many questions I have.

Thanks in advance
