Is it just me? I feel like they are really irritating my skin. Thinking I'm moving to the m and s zip sports bra. Any other recommendations before I go buy. It's costing me a fortune in bras, haha. Xx

I had the same for a while. My skin was getting really sore and irritable all the time, it drove me crazy. I bought a zip up M&S bra and then used that during the day and the macom at night and it seemed to work for me. Once the soreness has gone away once your skin has done its stretching you will find the macom a dream to wear again. I still wear mine for sleeping in. xx

Some people love it, some hate it. I would imagine its more to do with the fact that you're in it 24/7, its bound to irritate the skin. Be sure to moisturise all round your sides and back to avoid the dry skin, as that could be what's causing it. Stay away from the incisions though.

Just been and bought some from marks, got the zip front and the 2 for £29 but might change the £29 ones for the £32, when I got home I'm thinking I like the £32 ones better. Xx

I was another that didn't get on with the macom. I hated it.

I always recommend for anyone buying bras pre-op if the Macom is their preference is to buy a back fastening bra as well. If you keep receipts, you can always return what you don't want later...

The M&S front fastener was my dream bra too. I simply loved it! Still wear them now for bed. I think thy look quite cute with a matching pair of Knicks....so does hubby  panic Haha. Xx
