12 months on!
I can't I can't believe it's been a whole year since my op!
I got fitted at about 10 weeks maybe even later and was a 30ff which is the size I've stayed.
I sometimes buy a 30f in a balcony style bra as I like the shape it gives. I've lost nearly one and a half stone since my op but it's not made a difference to my boobs apart from they look slightly bigger and more sticky outty lol.
I was back at the gym no probs using a shock absorber but I've given it up as can't find the time to go.
I sleep on my front and I've just realised I've slept in my sports bra everyday for a year now! Sometimes I get aches in the morning if I've not moved during the night but that only lasts about 5 min.
I'm still really happy with them and the novelty of having boobs hasn't worn of yet lol.
Not on here much but good luck to everyone's ops coming up and hope everyone else is well :) xx

Ah thats so nice to hear. Dam that morning boob! i was looking forward to seeing the back of those morning pains although im sure it'll get better. Who did you go with and how are your scars looking after a year? I know i was told they should fade by 10 months but im debating on getting those silicone patch things to help them along?
Congrats on your weight loss, u look fab in ur avi xx

Welcome back Katie!
Great to read your update and how well you're getting on.
I've not had a nights sleep yet since my second op with ought my sportsbra. It does help doesn't it to keep 'me 'up there'.
Hope to see you pop by again some time. Xx
