Are you currently seeking/about to undergo surgery

I work for an independent television production company called Voltage TV. We are working on a major new series for Channel 4 about the NHS. We want to look at the decisions that are being made on NHS treatments in the face of cuts and tightening budgets by meeting the real people affected by these decisions.
 
We are looking to explore a wide range of areas within the programme but as part of our research we are interested to talk to individuals seeking plastic surgery. Through personal stories we hope to be able to understand the variety of different reasons people might be looking to undergo surgery and understand the process that is involved in seeking this treatment. If you are currently looking to undergo breast augmentation or breast reduction and are exploring what treatment you might be able to receive on the NHS or privately we would be keen to speak to you.
