8 months PO - rippling around sides of breasts?

Hi everyone,
I haven't been on in a while and hope everyone is healing well and hello to any newbies who have joined :-)
Well I am now 8 months PO and healed and settled very quickly after surgery. I have a couple of concerns now that I have given myself considerable time to settle snd wondered if anyone had advice they can share.
I had natrelle implants 445cc under muscle and went from an empty 32b to a 30FF/32F. I have noticed on the lSt few weeks the underneath and sides of my breasts feel quite rippled and I caught my reflection in the morning whilst leaning over and could physically see ripples on the side of my breast. Is this normal? The scar area has always felt rather lumpy and if u press in certain places it almost feels like I can feel the implants. The scars aren't very neat to be honest but that doesn't reay bother me, but the rippling is concerning me.
I also feel that they are very low ie I have a lot if Breast under the nipple so almost like they have dropped too much.
I M going to call my clinic tomorrow to get an appointment as I haven't had a check up since my 3month po appointment but just wondered if anyone has experienced this - it isn't bottoming out is it???

I can feel.rippling alot and sometimes see it when bending over

Its normal to.have some if ur concerned though see surgeon

No haven't really lost much maybe 4 or 5 pounds but when I had consult he did day I had very little Breast tissue as I breastfed and that's why he suggested under the muscle xx

I'm over a year+ post op and can feel ripples when bending over & under righty I can see them ever so slightly near the incision. As I would have to be naked & in a funny position for others to see it it doesn't bother me.
As the top of the implant is only covered by the muscle it is common to feel ripples in the areas that are not covered & sometimes see it slightly.
You are doing the right thing in going back to see your surgeon he will be able to tell you if you are bottoming out or not (does you nipple seem overly high and point upwards?).

Most girls will feel rippling if they bend over, its just gravity's effect on the implant. As long as its not visible when you're upright, its fine, but do mention it to your surgeon if you're at all worried.

Ah thank you I didn't realize it was normal to have rippling whilst at funny angle.
My nipples don't point upwards as such but there is a lot ore boob under the nipple than there is above which I think looks a bit odd but hubby says they look really natural but as I didn't have a 6 month check I may just go anyway to be sure xx

I have a little bit on the sides of my cleavage if I bend forward or lie at a funny angle on my side on my left one.  It's not visible I think it's common tho

My.boobs are more upper pole with.my.nipples.still kinda pointing down, it's crap.lol.xx
