6 months tomorrow : )
Hi everyone ..
Just thought I would pop on an update. I don't post much I do try and keep up to date.. This forum has been a great form of support throughout my journey and I think your are all amazing..
I can't believe how fast the time has gone
Im happy to say I love them! Wish I was brave enough years ago.. I have spent the last six months stressing and inspecting every little change. often thinking there was something wrong because I didn't seem to be healing... when I went for my three month check my surgeon said I was healing nicely and I just need to be patient.. Haha that's one thing I didn't have .. Naively I thought 'boobs done, back to normal in a couple of months' I never thought it would take this long!
Six months later it's finally happening they are softening, dropping and I'm even getting a little wobble however I still think theres more to come.. Im not convinced they're 100% fluffed and although the aches and pains are finally becoming less they are still there! Grrr..
I never had any numbness but there where times when I wish I had because 'oh boy' they where so tender at times. I do get Boobie greed from time to time but then I remind myself I had nothing to start with! I'm now a 30E or 32DD depending where I buy my bras from.. My Bravissimo bra is the most comfortable bra I have which is a 30E so I need get some more..
I think Ive been lucky because Ive not had any complications apart from slow healing, but maybe that's because of my age! Who knows ..
for all you ladies who are just starting out on your journey it will get better - the pains will subside, they will soften and you will LOVE them. Now I can't wait for the next six months and fingers crossed the will feel like I've always had them..
Oh I still can't walk past a mirror without a quick peek
Love to you all xxx

Fab post babe and great for MANY women to read here. It DOES take a good 6 month or so before you start seeing anything like your final result and your absolutely right babe.... You will have more to come as you reach a year post op when your healing is generally finished... Although nerves can go on healing for a further year.
Lovely to hear from you Lee and great to read you so happy

What a beautiful post! Firstly, I would like to say Congratulations on your 30E additions! Your update gives me lots of excitement and hope for my upcoming progress as I am only 1 month post-op!
I completely know what you mean about having boobie greed but, i too, know that I had the maximum I could have and always remind myself how non-existent I was before! :) To be honest I would be over the moon if I measure anything near to a 30E at my 6 week mark! What size implants did you have, babe?
Once again, this post is amazing and thank you for sharing!!
Good luck in your remaining boobie progress and i wish you a future of health and happiness!!
Take care, lovely xxxx
