I was Definitely still sore at 3 weeks - more than I was at 1 week!
My right was also higher than my left and took a good while to catch up with lefty.

Take it easy as it is soooo easy to overdo it, especially with little ones to look after.

Its your body's way of telling you to slow down babe... The more you do the worse you'll feel and the swelling may even return also, so always listen to your body babe and when its aching.... Rest! Take a couple if steps back and put your boobs first. You're still very much in your recovery period and its so easy to forget that when you see your boobs healing on the 'outside' but inside.... That's were you need to be thinking about and three weeks post-op is VERY early in recovery hun. X
