For the itchyness you could try an antihistamine ? Apperently that really helps? Xx

If you've no incisions around your areolas pixie (haven't had a lift at all) then putting some moisturiser on them will help them feel lots better. They get so dry and flaky from the swelling so applying the moisturiser is just fine babe. You can moisturise your boobs too if you'd like but just don't get anything at all near your incisions because you're still prone to infection babe. Xx

No worries hun. If the itching continues, ice packs are amazing. They're just about the best for almost everything post-op lol, so if its really bad hun pop a cotton make-up pad over the nipple so its not rubbing on the bra material at all and has a nice soft cushion to rest on and then the ice packs. They work like magic hun. Xx

Aw thanks so much cookie, your full of useful advice :) I haven't used any ice packs yet maybe I should have been! my surgeon phoned me earlier to see how I was getting on and he said I could go without bra if I prefered! But I dont really like the idea of that, surely having the support is much better?!

Not necessarily. There are many women who benefit from the lack of support hun.

Do remember that we as women are all different and as such our post-op instruction to help get us the great result we're wanting will all be different too.

If you're worried about going braless outside, then as your surgeon if it would be OK for you to wear a 'soft cup' bra to cover up and possibly spare your blushes lol. Xx

Hi hon as you know I'm also six days post BA and mine are itching like crazy too! Also find it quite painful when there's a chill in the air and they harden... Weather is turning tomorrow, going to have to pad these babies up to protect them from the chill xxx
