Do you think its possible you've pulled a muscle a babe?

Nothing going on in there is going to be life threatening at all babe, so try and calm down sweetheart Hug

I'd personally get myself back into my sportsbra 24/7 for a week to give the breast time to heal if there is any possibility you may have pulled a muscle, even in your sleep!

Chances are the good old old sportsbra will help, but if not, consultations would still be free for you with your clinic right now so it wouldn't hurt to get yourself checked out if it hasn't settled after a week babe.

Nice to see you again by the way katielou Hug

Awww I'm fine lovely thank you for asking Hug

I'm so very sorry to read about your mum Katie. Such a tragic loss of such a young life. nope  Hug

Your boob will be fine I'm sure hun. I periodically go through the same and the sportsbra does sort it out. Xx
