Hiya, i always thought having a BA would make my boobs a lot firmer then they were before, but they seem super soft and i can pinch a lot of excess skin like i could pre ba... something i told my surgeon that i want to change, like less saggy but its not... does anyone know what i mean, it almost feels like the implant is not big enough to fill my boobs... did anyone expect them to feel a lot firmer then they do, am i asking to much? lol

how big were you pre ba? if you had a fair amount of breast tissue pre BA it would still be there after the op unless you had an uplift. I was an A cup and had the biggest i could so my boobs are very firm, and i can't pinch the skin at all. 445 is a fair size implant though hun, and as they drop/fluff they should fill out better however they will only get softer as the implant softens and the swelling goes. x

if its any consolation they look fab in your avi!! you have a long road of recovery so i'd wait until around the 6 month mark and if you still dont feel you got what you asked for i'd go back and see your surgeon but keep an open mind for now, you will see so many changes between now and then xx

My boobs are very soft... On a soft squeeze you would hard pushed to know they were augmented. But on a hard squeeze, you can feel the pressure of the implant underneath...

Since my uplift I do-not however have any pinch above the breast, but like Nicole explained about breast tissue... I lost a lot of my own breast tissue when I had a capsulectomy, so I have little to pinch on there. Previously after having a BA 'when I had all my breast tissue' I could have pinched over the tops as you can.

This is however the second post, if I'm right that you've raised concern about this I think babe, so as its bothering you so much lovely, I think it would probably be best for you to make an appointment with your surgeon to discuss this further.

You're obviously not happy with the result and don't feel you have what you wanted, so it would be advisable to get that in writing babe and see what your surgeon thinks. Xxxx

i am going to see him on the 8th so i have said to myself just give it time till i see him... i dont know weitther its i am unhappy or i expected too much..i will be defo speaking to him about it but i think i wanted to try to see  if have just got it wrong... the size is perfect but the fullness is all at the bottom and i juat feel saggy at the top like i was before .. i wish cookie u could have a feel and tell me if i just need to get over it. Its so confusing not know what its ok and what is not. But seeing how much this is playing on my mind i will speak to him about it. As i did not expect to have over hang/ double boob if my bra pressed on the skin like it did before the ba lol ... sorry to have done two posts aboit it x

I had loads of excess skin before my BA, no natural breast tissue because of breast feeding. I didn't have an uplift this time, as my surgeon said we would be able to fill the excess  skin with anatomical implants.

Mine are exactly the same as you describe. When I'm sat or laying down there is no excess skin, but when I lean forward I think there is, although I have been assured that its no different than if they were natural boobs.

If you have boob escaping over the top of your bra, you should perhaps try a bigger cup size.

They look fab in your avi! Do let us know how it goes on the 8th xx

Have you had a proper bra fitting from a specialist shop Leanne? I don't mean in stores such as debenhams or M&S. I mean a specialist fitting such as in Bravissimo?

As Lisa has suggested, if you're getting a double boob effect from your bra then the cup is definitely too small for you.

When fitting in the correct sized bra you should have no spillage at all lovely

Without a bra ALL of our boobs are bottom heavy. This is what a natural breast looks like and our BAs are emulating the effect of a natural breast. Of course you could opt for a much larger implant to give you a 'fake' look that has that global look to the breast but in all honesty babe. I doubt your surgeon would agree to a free re-op to give you this.

Do you have a picturetrail at all Leanne? Xx
