I was under very strict instructions to do no exercise for 6 weeks. If you are still sore then I don't think you should be doing it as you may cause yourself more harm than good x

I agree, zero exercise for 6 weeks, it's just not worth anything going wrong, especially with unders and all the stretching involved. I'd give it a miss. Also often you won't be covered by the surgeons insurance if you do yourself a mischief, as you're going against their advise.

They said I can do lower body, so I think I'll go on cross trainer and sitting bike. Yeah thinking about some of the moves in oilseed it not a good idea.

So early in your recovery babe I'd be VERY careful. Pumping up the heart rate and getting the blood flowing round the body can put pressure on your new scars and increase the risk of bleeding (heamatoma) or swelling

We all have been there and know what its like wanting to get back to excercise but think about how much your paid for your boobs... Think about the cost of money and possible time its going to take to re-pay, or that its taken to save, think about the surgery you've just gone through and the good job your surgeon has done for you so far.

This last stage in the recovery and how this this goes is up to YOU. This is the part that determines the result you have, you surgeon played their part, its now up to you to play yours to get the best possible result by giving them the best possible recovery... Now think about possibly overdoing things and the possibility of setting back your recovery, or worse, ending up back in theatre... Think about it Max. Is a 4 week wait to get back to your excercise regime really that long to wait? Xx

My surgeon said I can do anything lower body. I know Pilates is out but he said I can go on cross trainer legs only and sitting bike and get as sweaty as I like. Hmmm maybe I'll start small like easy going sitting bike and just listen to my body.
