morning, day 3 for me...
Morning girls, just thought I'd have a little update. I'm still in no pain as long as I'm still but the usual discomfort when I'm up and about.
Going to attempt a shallow bath, can't stand wet wipes much longer.
I had the most horrible sensation yest,i was stood up and took a deep breath, I had a hot burn all down the side of my leftie followed by a feeling of my scar ripping open and what felt like trickles of blood running down.... But nothing! Very scary.
So on a guilt note, my sis was due her boob op this morning but aspire called her only last night saying their generator was down and op is cancelled! She's so upset and I feel so guilty that iv had mine and so far it has all gone smoothly, just don't know what to say to her. She has had no expected new date as her surgeon only works there on a thurs.
I'm still numb but finding my boobie 'farts' a great conversation starter ha. X

You do get some strange sensations xx
A shallow bath should make you feel fresher if you are up to it xx
Sorry your sis got cancelled x

Go steady KFS - I made sure someone was home just in case I had a fall or slipped or something. So protective and paranoid over here lol xxx

Re: morning, day 3 for me...
Thanks girls, yea I had a bath whilst hubby did the playschool run, I thought he'd be all proud of me but he wasn't impressed me doing it home alone lol oops. Quite light headed on meds. But it was lush! Still yet to wash the hair tho, yuk.
Leftie is quite a bit more swollen than my right and is the one I have most burning sensations in.
So how long until I can welcome a toilet visit? Ha. Xx

Get yourself moving about hun, this encourages your body to go to the toilet so being mobile will help lots. Maybe try a short walk today if you feel up to it?
Glad you're feeling better after your bath, although for your own safety your hubby is right hun, you should have waited for him to be there with you.
Also very sorry to hear about your sister - please send her big hugs from us and I hope her surgery is rescheduled for her very soon. Xx

So I filled up on pizza hut buffet and caffeine and managed a toilet visit!!!!! yay happy girl x
Thank you Cookie, she has been rescheduled for Fri, think its pretty poor of the company tbh, I would have been absolutely gutted. It takes so much planning especially when you have a young family to organise x
