Re: Swelling
hun i'm 11 days and it was only yesterday that i was able to get back into a 34 band. At first i was in a 36 WITH bra extender!! everyone heals at different rates hunny so i wouldn't worry about it. I highly doubt you would have put on enough weight within 10 days to go up a band size xx

Re: Swelling
I'd look to about the 3 month marker before all the swelling goes babe so you still have quite a way to go. The swelling may not be visible to you but as you're finding from the band width, its definitely there!
Its definitely not something I'd be worrying about at all at your stage in your recovery and put any weight gain right out of your mind... This is all part of the recovery process hun and it seems many ladies are more worried about their weight than their recovery right after surgery and this is so wrong! Your body over a period of time will naturally absorb any fluid and air that adds to weight gain post-op over a period of time. How long that is? Well that's up to how quickly you heal post-op, but given that you maintain a healthy diet post-op along with keeping walking throughout you WILL regain your post-op weight so please don't worry about weight... Just focus on the thing you've waited for for so long and saved a lot of money for and you chose to go through this to get what you want... So focus on doing what's best to get the best result for you lovely. Everything else comes together naturally. Xx

Re: Swelling
Agree with cookie, swelling can take some time to go (which includes morning boob grrrr) but you will get back to your normal band size.
