Regulars on here will know I had a re-op 4 weeks ago to pull down my implants that were riding high!
I'm really happy with them this time round :)
I had 460 unders, let me know if ud like to have a peek ladies :) xx

HI Yes please K! I am having 420 in 4 wks. Do u mean the diameter of the implant was too wide and therefore too high? Or positioned too high and how high is too high eg without a bra was the upper part of the implant above armpit level?? By how much will they drop down usually and did this not happen for u? If it is unders, does that contribute? My PS said he would set my implants high so as to allow for inevitable sag, but I am worried about them being too high and weirdly fake looking since he said that! x

I had 460 unders and they have more likliehood of staying high as the muscle holds them tighter.
My right was a lot higher than my left and this was the issue but lefty was also slightly too high.
I mean high coz the upper pole was too full and my nips were pointing down slightly and the slope of my boob was not nice from the side.
I think with overs ill be fine babe.
I was the same as u, just wanted the boobs I had pre sprogs :) xx

Mine didn't and I have a nasty habit of healing very fast and that being that!! :(
My ps was amazed at how fast I had healed and that the capsular around my implant was already so strong lol
I'm hoping this doesn't mean I'm gonna get cc lol

4weeks ago? Really it doesn't seem that long. I still had your details so had a peek. Looking good. I never really could see before the problem but can see it in the difference now. Your nipples sit more central on the breast now the implants come down. Looking really good hun. You must be pleased :) Do you think your scars are longer? How was your pain in comparison to first time? Xoxo

Im really excited and cant wait to see them all fixed and perfect. Looking forward to seeing how different they look. Not looking forward to the stress of one being bigger and high and swollen. But I'm gonna put a padlock on my sports bra and keep it on for ages! I'm an overnight case this time which I'm not happy about but ill get over it I'm sure.

Hi K the re-op pics are looking great, u must be so pleased and relieved its all sorted!! As u say, implants look very natural! Tks for sharing. Interesting too to see the difference between the two sets of photos. Did ur PS give u any reason why the right was too high - was it his positioning or is that pec muscle stronger etc?! x

I think he initially placed the implant to high to be honest and I think that's why I had no trouble getting a re-op babe :(
It was abit of a ball ache but at least it's done now :)) xx
