Think a few people here from what i've read of others normally get told that their more dominant hand (IE if you're right handed) is usually stiffer and more painful at first x

With you just having surgery yesterday its most likely that your rightly suffered a little more trauma getting the implant in than leftie hun and is VERY common and the reason why one boob may hurt more than he other and why it often takes one boob a little longer than the other to heal babe. The swelling also often affects the nerves which makes feel difficult to lift your arms at first, but its all normal lovely and nothing at all to feel worried about. As the swelling starts to subside you'll start to feel your arm getting better hun. Xx

Re: BA all done today :)
It'll be caused by the swelling babe. If you can imagine your nerve and the swelling putting pressure on it, that's what's happening right now and causing the pain and the swelling generally kicks in right where you are now - day 2 and 3.
It does get better though babe. It won't happen overnight, but I think once you know the reasons why its not as frightening is it 'cos before that you have all kinds of things running round in your head.
Hope it all makes sense now lovely. Keep the painkillers up if you need them and you should be able to cope just fine hun. Xx

Re: BA all done today :)
I was more excited before... but there have been many changes in my boobie journey that I just want to get it done now.
I'm also just so apprehensive in regards to what they are going to actually look like but I just don't think its possible to know until they are done.
I'm scared they wont come out how I want them to, or that the surgeon will have some freak bad day and give me some oddball boobies! :( xx
