cant get post op appointment
hi girls, just thought i'd update you all re dr khan and my awful implants/uplift, well ive been trying for a week now (via e-mail) to get my 12 wk post op appointment, i e-mail the lady who took my details and arranged the op etc twice now and have not recieved a reply. I had already e-mailed her to tell her i wasnt happy with my op a few weeks ago and she said wait untill your 12 week appointment and discuss with surgeon, im 13 wks post op now. im so frustrated, i just know this is going to be hell to get them to re do it.

I would call them rather than email so that you can arrange an appointment over the phone. They can't ignore you then. It may not be so bad if you get to talk to someone. Just be firm but polite.

I'm so sorry you're unhappy with your results Molly Try not to get yourself too upset though lovely, with an uplift, 3 months into your recovery is nothing and hopefully things will start to improve soon.
When you call tomorrow you may be told that your PCC will give you a call back. Just tell them you don't need to speak with your PCC, you need an appointment with your surgeon and accept nothing else.
Hope you manage to get through to them tomorrow hun and when you do see your surgeon ensure ALL your concerns are written down in your notes by Mr Khan. At 3 months post-op nothing will be acted upon right now anyway and you'll probably be requested to see how things improve over the next coming months, but it's important to get anything noted should you ever need revision later. xxx

Hmmmm it's a story I'll all too familiar with myself babe
Don't let up on them. Keep bombarding them (I KNOW this works) and they'll soon get fed up of you enough to have you seen.
Not nice I know, but often required to get yourself heard babe. xx
