Sizers

Do all surgeons use them. When I had a consultation with transform they were not mentioned and I read on here that surgeons use them.

The sizers during the operation or the ones you can try on in your bra? If it's the ones during the op, no not all surgeons use them, some just use the size agreed. I would think that most surgeons do use them.

Not all surgeons do use sizes in theatre I don't think Maisy, but I'm not 100% sure.

They are a good way of ensuring you're getting a proper fit for your body size though, so if you're specifically wanting to have these used whilst you're having surgery, do ask at your consultation lovely. Of the 4 surgeons I've seen not one them mentioned sizers to me either, so that's a good question lovely Sizers 184153

Thanx misf and cookie. I mean the ones in the operation. I'm goin to add this to my question when I go for my consultation because I think I'd prefer them to use them so I know I get exactly the right size for me

That's a brilliant question to ask hun although if they don't use them they might have good reason, so I'd also ask why they don't and how they calculate what would be good for the patient. I wouldn't write off a surgeon just because they don't use them, they may have another method which is equally as good. I don't know as I'm not a surgeon.
