Absolutely. :-)
 I've currently got a bigger looking set of Abs than my male gym instructor - nothing like the gorgeous pair of beautiful breasts I was expecting to be immediately endowed with. 
At least I now know after reading loads of posts that patience is the answer (oh, and I can laugh at myself lol).

Mine are starting to drop already, but i want them to drop and fluff more, hopefully they will as im not even 4 weeks PBA yet!

Great post, and I had a look at some of the pre BA pics to Post BA, and will give a good idea of shape to show a surgeon at a consultation . They all looked great didn't they.  Chin Bricks ha ha! Love it!

Great link :) wasn't too sure bout the whole dropping n fluffing thing..but that explains it really clearly :) mine are very much like the 1st pic the now so hopefully they will drop n fluff just as nice too lol xx

Oooh thanks for finding this. It's really helpful to be able to see another example. Really does help settling my mind.

After all this research and chatting to you ladies I feel so ready for my surgery....just wish it was tomorrow!! Oh well not too long to go!!x
